The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street in the old town of Frascati. The spacious room was beautifully furnished and had a comfortable, new bed. We didn't even need to use the AC, as the room was so well insulated. The owner, Bruna, was amazing - always available through WhatsApp and went above and beyond to help us with any issues we had during our stay. Highly recommended!
For dads, it would be great if there were some more kid-friendly options for breakfast.

Located in the heart of the city, we found this B&B to be very convenient and easily accessible by car. The highlight of our stay was the ability to have a dark and peaceful room, which is quite rare to find in any accommodation. The breakfast at the nearby bar was excellent, and we appreciated the availability of coffee and tea in the B&B. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The owner, a kind lady, provided exceptional service and made our stay truly memorable.
Nothing negative to say.

Superb! I loved walking through the quiet and typical streets. The B&B had everything I needed and I even got to enjoy an Italian breakfast. Who needs to figure out how to open the shutters when it's always dark outside anyway? So convenient!

The host was super friendly and helpful, even organizing early check-in for us. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities. I loved that there was always a delicious selection of coffee and tea in the hallway, and the outdoor terrace was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. And even though parking was a bit tricky, we managed to find a spot close by. Would definitely consider staying here again!
While the breakfast voucher for a nearby cafe was nice, I was a bit disappointed that they only served croissants. Don't get me wrong, the croissants were tasty, but it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

The location was lit - right in the city center, easy to reach by car, and close to all the dope spots. Our rooms were mad clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The host was super chill and hooked us up with early check-in. Plus, the outdoor terrace was lit AF for chilling with the squad in the evening. an epic stay for us lit teens!
The only thing we wished for was a cool hangout space in the hotel. Like, imagine a sick game room or a lit bar where we could vibe with our friends.

Great location on a very quiet street in the old town. Big room, nicely furnished, large and new hard bed. Owner is super friendly and genuinely cares about guests. Had a medical issue and cancelled flight, owner helped a lot in solving troubles. Highly recommended!
Felt totally at home, nothing too much trouble.
